This week Georgia passed the “heartbeat” bill which forbids abortions after a heartbeat is detected. A heartbeat can usually be heard at 6 weeks. Roe v Wade allows women to have an abortion up to the 2nd trimester, which is usually at 6 months. Do you believe the Georgia bill should challenged in Court? Overall, should women in the United States be allowed to have abortions or should the government attempt to pass laws that restrict abortions?
