Hello there, 

I need 15 pages work of a literature review. I need to find the link between school culture and its climate. How would that effect on student achievement. How would a principal make these two of school (climate&culturel), perfect for a positive learning environment. how school culture i effect on student achievement and how principal leadership work on this to achieve a positive school environment
