With the integration of the social sites, information is widely passed both to the current and potential human resource. The staffing process is well facilitated by it and information that aids in training the current stakeholders of an organization is made easier. Ultimately the overall workplace is transformed. However due to the anticipated continuity in new inventions, competition, and technological changes, the human resource management process has become strategic so as to meet the future needs of a firm and ensure continuous existence of the firm.
The process and practices of the human resource are diverse and engaging. Therefore a proper follow-up is required to ensure all resources are coordinated and the ultimate objectives of an organization are attained.
