With communicable diseases (like diarrheal diseases and TB) so prevalent in Sub-Saharan Africa that are treated effectively in the developed world with medicine and vaccination; what fund raising and intervention methods can be taught to the developing world in order to rapidly decrease the rate at which communicable diseases spread?
